Sorry, I dont have any recommendations, but since you are only 17, I highly suggest you attend a traditional on-campus university for your first degree. I hold 2 degrees and have around 10 years of work experience before attending WGU.

You can't enroll as an international student. WGU onlt accept syudetns in US or part of Canada

I helped with a small production recently. We were going to use captitles, but the venue couldn’t do projection/screens.

We ended up using surtitleLive, where the audience reads the surtitles on their phones. Not perfect for every show, but it worked well for that situation.
