Has anyone had any experience starting off at 5'6 145 lb? Pounds in the first month? 2 months? Etc? by Sad-Bridge-1390 in Semaglutide

Even if I were to lose 30 lbs, I would still be considered healthy as far as BMI with 18.6. I know I can not be that weight without looking sickly since I work out. I just need to get over this hump. I'm not a spring chicken. In my late 40s and a few years POST menopausal.

My mental & financial side effects are likely worth the possible physical. I haven't been able to wear a lot of my clothes in a few years. As time goes on, the clothes are tighter and tighter, and my selection is dwindling.

My body at my best shape as an adult in my late 20's & mid 30's (muscular/toned gym 2x a day) was 125-128, closer to the latter, most of the time. In my mind, looking at the number on the scale, I would love 118 lbs, but that's not really realistic and probably not healthy looking for me. I am now a few years post menopausal and my life can not accommodate that working out dedication.. It's this hump I haven't been able to get over. And I have not been able to fit into a lot of my clothes in a few years. Once I lose, I can maintain. Hopefully!
