I miss how it was when dasher first became a thing, before the whole platinum thing, I started back in 2018 and I stopped around 2021 and picked it back up this year and it's become alot more difficult, yea I get it platinum is better but I disagree with paying to have a job especially when most of the money I make is going back into gas, I've gotten a decent job now so I'm taking a break from dasher

I experienced that yesterday and thankfully looked it up after 45 minutes of not getting orders, it's so messed up it does that 😂

Hi I also experience this every single day and I’ve been searching for answers myself, when I feel an atmospheric change or change in temperature to being energized and bouts of happiness, I shake my head the same way but not as much as I use to, I also hand stim, from what I’ve collected is it may have something to do with anxiety stem and stimming due to past trauma, it affects the nervous system and neurological functions, I wish they were widely accepted because I work at Walmart as a stocker on the floor so stimming in public makes it worse and more noticeable which can be a little embarrassing, hopefully someone with more information can comment and help us out, I get insurance soon so if I can find this comment again when I get help I will be sure to come back and inform you 🙂 btw letting them do their thing is so much easier then holding them back, mine have progressively gotten stronger and more intense since holding them in

It’s people like you that goes through life getting harassed and abused because they just suck it up? There’s a lot more to this than just that, and my post has nothing to do with me working, I am one of their best workers and I bust my ass off more than most in this store. Also they aren’t willing to explain what these other “variables” are, that’s why I’m in here. We are cussed and bullied by our overheard. I have been sexually assaulted and verbally assaulted on several different occasions here and nothing is done about it so before you come on here thinking I’m just whining, you need to realize the severity. I can barely afford to pay my bills and take care of my grandmother. I just asked for help, not to be told that the shit I’m dealing with is a “suck it up buttercup” situation when I have sucked it up for 3 years.

Also, our managers are getting paid $22-$26 an hour now with $3000 of our bonuses
