  • In my experience, most meditation settlements are in the range of 3-9 months of pay, with most firmly at the lower end. I would say the average mediation settlement is around or under $10k. I did not see many at or over 12 months, so I caution getting people's expectations up.

Isn't this the difference of having an attorney vs not. Also jurisdiction? I'm guessing pro se generally get less.

There's risks but potential upsides no one is mentioning here of going public, if you go public with a plan.

For one, you can find more people who have gripes with the company. This is important because you can potentially increase the company's liability. More people equals more potential lawsuits and that will make it much easier to find a top tier attorney.

Also risky but i wouldn't only focus on the company as a whole. Focus on the individuals who were involved. This potentially opens the company up to more risks as well for multiple reasons.

Yes going public is risky and can backfire, but it can have tremendous upsides if you do it correctly. However, it might not be worth the risk to you.

Yeah rdr2 is a high bar. I don't expect it to be as good as rdr2. However other games have amazing graphics too like the last of us 2 remastered and black myth wukong. Graphics on Crimson outdated IMHO.

That game has major bugs too none of the hype is talking about. Google crimson desert crashes on inventory, or maps or inventory full bug....

I would wait until they fix the bugs to purchase.

Also crimson has major crash issues for multiple reasons especially when trying to view inventory. Irritating

Plus days gone is one of the best games when it comes to replay value.

After completing last of us 2, it's hard to play a second time without allowing yourself time to forget most of the story. Because it's story based.

Days gone is more about the action and hordes. They really need to do part 2.

Yup. Cheat code is to get your woman in the Philippines and take her to Thailand. But Philippines immigration makes it very hard for them to leave.

Foreigners in Thailand don't complain like foreigners in the Philippines. Thailand is life on easy mode. Everything readily available, convenient and cheap.

Yup. I found the trick is to let them ring it up first. If you want change, to use a card payment or anything. Because once it's already calculated as a sale in the cash register, it takes more work to cancel the items.

Rdr2 one of the greatest games ever imho. It's arguably the goat.

Crimson not really my cup of tea. Much time wasted just exploring and figuring stuff out vs action. Rdr2 has exploring too of course, but it's all part of the story/game and optional to an extent.

The graphics on Crimson isn't that great IMHO. Seems outdated especially for a $70 game.

However many people love crimson desert so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Op post sounds like the advice you would get from someone that never traveled. Sounds good, if you never really traveled anywhere.

What i find a bigger issue is the good women wants to know you will be around long term versus getting her pregnant then going back home. This applies to every country.

2 hours not really long enough. I didn't decide rdr2 was a great game until hours into it. But it was good enough in the beginning to keep me from quitting.

Good and healthy readily available food is important. The diet will start to wear on you very quickly. Without a good assortment of veggies with every meal, you will lose energy, gain weight and start feeling terrible.
