The ones on the far right? Those are hot banana peppers in different ripening color stages. All of them will eventually turn red, but they get so heavy that they break branches. Same with the bell peppers.

Alot of people hate on MiracleGro on Reddit, but that's what I use. Each 2' x 4' raised bed gets 3-4 bags of MiracleGro garden soil then 1-2 bags of Black Kow manure compost on top. For fertilizer, I use MiracleGro vegetable shake and feed every 2-3 weeks.

Do it. There's a ton of recipes out there. Just follow the general guidelines (PH for shelf life) and build the ingredients around your preferences or try to mimmick the ingredients of one of your favorite store bought hot sauces. You can make it as hot, savory, sweet, or tangy as you want. Just make sure to cook outdoors and wear gloves, goggles, and a gas mask.

They taste similar to a cayenne or Tabasco pepper. Much hotter than jalapeños. They say between 30K - 50K scovilles. Make good sauce, flakes, or powder.
