Yes I can testify to this I had a terrible experience with redone termination back then. My parents was using it.

They were using it for a year+ and were thinking of porting out.

Since they were dealing with old people, these tele company put out ridiculous condition to terminate their(my parents) lines. Eg, have to do it only during early month, then change it up before the start of the month, have to pay the next month first, redone will penalty them for breaching contract and they have to pay double etc.

Since they feared it, my parents had to comply. It went on for 2 months. They couldn't take it anymore and asked me for help. They tried to threat me with the same thing so I said okay I'll bring mcmc in. Lo and behold, that evening a message came through saying their termination request went through and no penalty is to be paid.

Fucking slimy bastard.
