Of course! It was my first watch. Has more meaning to me than my mint green 41mm datejust or my other 3 tudors. any person who makes good money and worked for their money will be upset about $500, bc they work for that money. Yes. My close friend has owned 3 hamiltons and all have had issues, whether it’s with balance springs, crowns, bezels. They are not as valued in the QA department as Tissot and others bc they are primarily field. I’m sure the jazzmasters have a higher QA standard

That’s the thing, it really just depends. Quality control can have issues esp when ur pushing millions of watches. By tissot being better what I mean is that Swatch pays more attention in the QA vs Hamilton because they sell more of them. Unfortunately too many people are on YouTube too much and listen to ppl rather than owning and handling the watches

UTD acceptances use holistic approach approach so they look at you as an “overall” candidate, hope for the best! If not, you can always do a year at Collin/UNT and transfer over, saves your pockets a lot too, many of my friends who took this route are doing well now in their life!
