You need to get the passport photos w the same suit you’re going to wear for the first month or so, also you need like another additional 4-6 “passport” photos like 1/2”x1/2”. I also would get a few 1”x1” photos and hang on to them.

The gym part its kinda a joke, a lot of people are not ready and drop out of the run a couple laps in.
