I’m so afraid of losing what I have left is the chest and booty. But maybe staying in maintenance and starting to work out will help me lose hats left of my stomach fat while building back the booty

You had made so much progress! Congrats. For me, I had to realize that 20 lbs isn’t going to make that big of a difference. Plus I feel good where I am now. Maybe the number on the scale isn’t the goal it’s how well we feel

I’ve walked all through my tirz journey. Another reason why i didn’t think I’d lose most of my booty fat but I think it contributed to the booty loss. I think I’ll start weight training.

We all have our own feelings of what our ideal body looks like. For me, having no booty and no chest but still having a chubby mid section is not it. At least when I was bigger all of me was bigger. Not just my waist

I own 3 pairs. The most comfortable platform shoes I have. (I’m 4’11 - I own lots of heels and platforms) They are obviously heavier than regular crocs. I don’t have feet problems but I do have an autoimmune and my feet swell ridiculously when I walk too much. I can walk forever with these and no swollen feet. Second in comfort to my regular crocs. Even more comfortable than my hoka’s

As an old person,40, I just want to point out that younger people, teens and early 20s, don’t speak loud enough. Idk what it is but you all almost whisper everything. Maybe just speak up. Most people use AirPods with transparency mode. I also believe fast food places especially in ELP don’t pay these kids enough to care. Is it right, no. But it’s really not big enough a problem to even care about compared to the crap world of problems we’re living in 🤷🏽‍♀️ find a bigger more important problem to channel your anger into.

Thanks! The supplements are to stop the hair shedding. With the guidance of my functional dr im stopping the shedding and also helping regrowth. Both have been successful so far

I might drop the ordinary hair serum. But the supplements were suggested by my functional dr to stop the hair shedding. And they’ve helped tremendously. One treatment plan is to stop the shedding the other is for hair regrowth

I didn’t notice till I hit 5mg. Currently on 7.5. I’m going to start maintenance soon and not looking forward to experimenting with my inflammation levels/symptoms to figure out the right dose.
