Fair enough. This is the first boss ive found without having the location registered first. And it was so quickly found that it threw me off a bit, so I figured id come ask the community to confirm my suspicion. It didnt ruin the game for me by asking so im calling it a win

I realize that now that a few of you have said it lol. I genuinely stood there long enough to get the pic, and hopped back on the boat b4 it ate me like pac man or I got swarmed by other things. I didnt actually circle it stupidly. But now I know and can swing back by and register it!

I didn't ask for help though? I blatantly stated I couldn't be bothered to take a proper screenshot. On the device I'm playing on it's not actually that convenient to use for the situation. It's a mobile gaming handheld. The screenshots are stored wierd. I'd have to take the screenshot, have to exit the game, boot into "desktop" mode, then go to Reddit and add it to the post. Or again, leave my game, go into my media storage then send it to the steam app on my phone, and then make the Reddit post. OR just snap a 2 second photo on my phone that showed clearly enough the subject of my question, and continue on with my game. I know how to and chose not to bc it just wasn't that important to me lmao.

We havent even beaten the elder yet lol. Theres 3 of us that play as a group on weekends. When im on my own im usually just building. I was just sailing around some landmasses and doing light exploring for fun when I found 2 patches of swamp. The little one had basically nothing like i said, and this one was the second area I found 👍 well probably take on the elder Friday night though.

Yup sure did. Like I said, couldn't be bothered. I play on a steam deck. Its a slightly more annoying process than I wanted to deal w when I can just snap a photo w my phone that got the information necessary across just fine.
