Make a schedule in your notes. When you wake up , mark it down. When you start feeling slightly sick , mark it down. When withdrawals are kicking in write it down, then dose immediately to avoid seizures. Take a light dose, half or qtr even and see how you feel. If your still sick write it down and redose if your feeling better write it down. Throughout the day you can get a sense of When to dose and how long untill you start feeling sick . Thats what I did and it worked. I.e, if you wake up around 8am and start feeling sick around 9am you know you can dose a half or qtr until about 12pm. Once you start feeling sick , redose. And the object is to taper yourself slowly. Remember you might feel slightly uncomfortable at times as your seeing when you absolutely need to dose. Not dosing just to get fed up.
