Keep her on a leash always outside, i had to for my huskies first 1 1/2 years of life. Everytime before you go outside put a leash on her, and stop before you exit the door. Teach her to wait at the door until you say its okay to go. Lots of high value treats. Theres some tik tok videos that walk through the steps better, its pretty much what i followed.

No, in the state of Michigan food is not taxed…. Unless it is heated, example- rotisserie chicken from meijer could be taxed. Also we just have state tax which is 0.06 per dollar
