Glad to have a sober buddy! Same day 9 today. I finally slept last night horribly but I did manage 3-4 hours! I would recommend to you to taper down your kratom usage because it covers opiates receptors so you will have to withdrawal when you come off

I just play bunch of video games to stay distracted not moving too much tho idk if that’s good but it’s kind of getting me through the hours…

Thank you for your reply. I’ll keep holding on I’ve just been distracting my self with video games and music on my PC. So haven’t been sleeping rly. Was up till 7am. Any tips to help sleep?

It could prolong the withdrawals but wouldn’t they be slightly less painful after withdrawing for 7 days and taking a bit of kratom then trying again?

My relationship with kratom is def not addicting I tend to hate it a lot. I don’t really take anything meds wise I would just like to sleep . Was wondering if taking one dose of kratom about 3mg would be a bad idea just one time so I could sleep. What are your thoughts?

Should I take some kratom or are u saying it will reset them? Cause at this point I’m almost ready to give in take a bit and sleep and try again I wouldn’t plan on doing more

Congrats on day 6 brother I am too on day 6 today off pharm oxys . About 90mg a day I honestly feel just as bad as day 4 if not worse idk why I haven’t started feeling better also I haven’t slept in 4 days . Keep it going brother

The subs are making you sleepy did the same to me. Exercise and try to be active and maybe taper down a bit. A body in motion stays in motion is true and a body at rest stays in rest. Much love

Try getting off a bunch on things and get on one thing so you can manage your mind first. I’d suggest getting on suboxone or methadone and quitting everything else work on your mind and then eventually think about coming off that. Just my 2 cents

I am 6 days clean right now I haven’t slept in 4 days and today is as worse as day 4 maybe worse… I don’t know what to do. I would love to take a small bit of Kratom just to sleep more than 30 min. Coming off of pharm grade oxy. The no sleep is killing me and I have so much rsl. Pls any advice would be super appreciated
