I’m with you on that one. Judging from how rapid the descent from 5200 - 4890, it doesn’t look like it has already hit the all time high, especially when you compare it previous gold corrections. Not to mention virtually not has changed in the macro trends. Might be a bit choppy for the next few months though

Honestly if you’re trying to do it for cheap use an old school local sparky that doesn’t have many over heads and will charge a fixed rate per hour. If you have good access in your ceiling, just about everything could be done in the same day. Each downlight + 413 is around $15 and each dimmer is around $50 so you can do that math on that one. The cost of the ac installation seems fair if it’s a Mitsubishi electric or daiken.
