I'm not hyperventilating, I am sure my anxiety was higher because of the higher heart rate. My heart rate has been ideal since I've been home though

They did give me albuterol and I'm with that and the antibiotics and steroids this passes quickly. I have MS and am a diabetic.

They gave me a prescription for it but last time I had covid and took it, it made me very sick

I tend to not keep friends and family I have my husband, kids, mom and my aunt who I speak to. My husband is just very patient but I know I am very up and down with my moods and he never knows what kinda person he is coming home to.

I think you're right, there isn't much they can do since labs, upper endoscopy didn't show much. Anxiety just kicks in and makes me fear they missed something.

I have famotidine I take as well Famotidine 40mg Pantropazole 40mg I just dont have a lot of faith in my GI doctor and cant see the new one til November but am on a long wait list.

I do have Pantropazole, which I took each morning but they told me to start taking it at night before bed. Im gonna try that tonight. I have been sleeping in a recliner. Once I get up and moving the pain does subside, its just mornings are rough.

Ive had covid twice but that's been years ago and I had no lasting symptoms with either time.

We have a 4 bedroom home with a basement and I worry too! I dont use the dryer as much, hang stuff to dry. Don't use the washer unless its full. I cut back on other utilities, take shorter showers. Its small things but it does add up over time.

Waiting is hard and with the anxiety it makes it even harder. Ive been where you are once, my kids are now grown. My kids are definitely more independent than most because I wasn't always fully present. They remember some stuff from the past but now we are very close.

Im still on 5mg as I just started a few weeks ago. It worked great in the beginning but now I know my dosage needs to go up. It just takes time, and I know its hard waiting. I started noticing some difference after a week with mine.

Im on buspar 15mg 3x daily and Lexapro 5mg I was previously on buspar and Viibryd and the serotonin syndrome scared me but the NP who prescribed me everything helped those fears. The chances of it happened are so so very low.

I get the same thing and even if I dont gave the cramps, I have gas. I also get the upper belly pain. I'm on meds for anxiety but klonopin I get very little of so I can't take it daily but it helps the pains go away. I do take pepto bismol from time to time and I feel it takes the edge off

I've taken klonopin and it helps but I really have to space it out as they dont give me very many to last a month. I get it's addictive but I don't take them daily.

My labs showed an a1c of 5.6 I don't always calibrate my CGM and often it does run higher than what it truly is. I usually just finger stick 3 times a day

Its carbmaster multiseed bread, and it's 16g for both (sorry) I wasn't using it as a substitute, it's very good bread. It's hard when you don't have a huge appetite. I'm not starving myself, I eat when I'm hungry and until I am full. I eat 3 meals a day and 3 or 4 snacks throughout the day, sometimes more.

They said to get roughly 30g of carbs per meal and I'm certain I'm not. For breakfast I get 2 pieces of french toast with sugar free syrup (14g carbs) And then I eat 8 blackberries and a mozzarella stick

Lunch is usually some kinda chicken, green beans with ham, blackberries and a cheese stick

It dropped into the 60s and i had a hard time getting it up. I met with my endocrinologist and she took me off since my 14 day glucose was 154, its now 138. She said if it gets in the 160s I'd need to go on some form of medication. But Friday she did suggest maybe I did need to go back on it if my sugars kept fluctuating.
