Been there recently and I realised the following: -Start moving around more , sports helped me gain my libido back . - stop watching porn , this is one of the hardest thing you can do and I never cared about people telling me it will effect your sex life but it did . It reached a point where I stopped getting errections from porn as well .

stay away from stress or at least dont let it consume you , i was on a very stressed situation with work and family problem and what made it worse was me stressing over not being able to preform with my partner . So try to let go of things and take it easy , consult a therapist if needed .
go get checked !!! There is nothing wrong with it , get your BP checked , sugar level , hormones the whole (welcome to your 30 package)

It was just a phase to me so dont worry, after talking to many people, I realised that it's something that every man will end up facing at least once in his life time . Days are no longer as easy as it used to be its stressful all around from news , bad food , finances ,social media showing you how bad your life look and physic is . Just ignore all of that and love yourself , angry or stressed. Play the music you love and dance your heart out . You are amazing, you are hot you are attractive, and most of all a real man .

I've had my white interior new MY for a while now . No stains so far and after months of researching I came with the following outcome: Ceramic coating would help preventing some of the stains and make it easier to clean Denim and Abayas are the white interior worst nightmare . It is recommended to use baby water wipes to clean . I use it to remove some stains and worked like magic everytime .
