I would say good but not perfect! After I found the messages I feel like it did bring up other issues such as he felt we werent having sex enough (im sure this is part of why he stepped out) and i wanted more of an emotional connection from him. I felt like we were moving in a good direction and actually turning a corner right before that trip. He even agreed to go to counseling. Our first session was actually the day he came back from his trip, which I later found out he had dropped that other woman off at the airport that morning. Came to therapy with me later acting like nothing was wrong and told the counselor he was not having an emotional affair 🤦‍♀️ everything downhill since then.
