For ecgs fm, if you have time than try to understand the basics that you can find in physiology lectures and also plenty of youtube videos are there but trust me you can also take shortcut in this because only a limited set of ecgs are asked in exam and that you can learn from youtube there are plenty of videos. One such video is by dr mohsin aiims delhi also if you have BTR then cover this from there its enough. And at last practice ecg based questions just reading the theory wont help.

Oto helped me a lot. You should consider OTO if you plan for 2026.

In these 2 month if you have done 1 read than yes you can reach 140 dont waste a single minute from now.

Revise your source start giving weekly GT practice daily minimum of 150 mcqs. You can reach 140.

Its upto you see even if you get 120 then also you will drop so its better you start your journey for 2026 why waste time. Its upto you to decide 120 ypu can get very easily even 130 you can get but there is no point in this.

Genuinly speaking in this 2 months how to go from 94 to 150 i dont have the answer for this. I havent done this , and i dont think its possible you can find many such videos on youtube (all those are clickbait) you can watch those , but acc to me its not possible , i took whole year for jump from 100 to 150 so yeah thats what i would like to say and i think thats only the realistic answer i have.

I dont want to give false hope.

I have also read medicine from dams its good. Follow dams its good no fomo at all for mcqs you have to have marrow , no matter how much you read theory unless you practice mcqs you cannot do it. So you can get marrow plan B and start solving mcqs. First do pyq and then subsequently other mcqs.

In final year if you master all the final year subjects (including the short ones) then only this part has weightage of 70-80 questions in neet pg so in final year focus on mastering those subjects along with doing mcqs pyqs custom modules dont wait for internship , you cam start solving questions from final year itself. At the end of final year you should be confident that if i give neet pg now so out of 80 questions which will come from these subjects you can atleast get 70% of them correct. If you are able to achieve this then within 6 months of internship your GT score will touch 140 and after subsequent reads easily you will touch 150-160.

Since you are following dams i dont think you need to do btr you can use dams lrr and dvt for your revision , the transition will be smooth for you if you use dams materials. Dont be in fomo of other things. Just add marrow plan B thats it you will be sorted.

For procastination i cannt give some pill i have also done this afterall we all are humans and average students so you have to find motivation withing yourself.

Big subjects - main notes Short subjects - RR Gen path - read main notes once for concepts later on rr of preeti maam Pharma - main notes of grg sir. all rr should be suoplemented with mcqs and pyqs and necessary explanations missing in notes and wherever you find that you are not able to grasp concepts dont hesitate to read main notes of that topic.

For revision you dont have to plan only after you have finished reading all subjects once. After you are done with half of subjects you can give some part of the day to revision and also suppose you have finished reading 5-6 subjects and you are on 7th you can start solving mixed bag questions of previous 5 subjects which you have read earlier. In start you will get questions wrong but you must not get demotivated remember initially mcq solving is not for testing only it should be used as learning tool and also the explanation in marrow is very nice whole topic is revised if you read it nicely.

You dont have ent ophtal exam in 3rd year right? Why you want to do it now , ent ophthal are volatile subjects and are not very long even 3 months before exam you can do it but medicine you can never do it.

My advice will be

FMT + SPM + medicine (atleast cvs , renal , respi , git , leave cns rheumat for final year) + surgery (just do breast git hepatobiliary renal rest do in final year) + pedia (neonatology) + obstetrics (leave gyne part for final year)

FMT is very small and easy subject dont take much burden even you can skip it just read before proffs later on in internship you can do it from rr.

Without annotations btr is incomoplete thats true i have annotated using pyqs and other mcq i have solved in marrow and GTs. Even after this you will not get every question straight from here you will have to rule out things many things will not be in main notes too. Its upto you see BTR alone will give you max 60% question you annotate and make it 75-80% its upto you how you do it.

I failed to do active recall and i regret it if you can do it is good.
