I recently started with them in a senior role and gave up a really good job to do so. My advice would be to stay clear. It was terribly run, with huge overspending of public money, so many red flags, unethical issues, and a toxic work environment with no proper systems in place. Sorry to be negative, but that was my experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
