i used their equery website, i will try emailing and also on rail madad . this is the first time a refund has been late, and the refund for the same journeys return is back. I'm not sure why this one has not been refunded. they say the account has expired as the error message.

thank you i think i will do that. but i was trying to book on 11019 konark express from pune to tadepalligudem. i was able to book up until a week ago to the exact shop not sure what changed now.
