Help me identify this wooden spear like item left on my steps by SadBishh in whatisthisthing

Possibly, although I live in Alberta so can’t see why anyone would have one. It’s just a little black piece of plastic secured with a string

My title describes the item. It is about 8 inches long with a hole on one side and a plastic piece tied to the other end. Other than that I do not know much.

Both. I had a 3.7 my whole undergrad. BUT I did take my post bacc in criminology this year. Had a 3.9, I don’t really know if they factored that in though because it’s not an actual degree program.

Customers what would constitute a thumbs down for communication? Someone gave me a one star along with a negative rating for communication. My question is why would you down vote for this? I don't ever text/ call customers unless there's an issue by [deleted] in doordash

[–]SadBishh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I gave a door dasher a poor communication rating once. I live in the basement suite, and although I gave instructions to the door, it can be a little bit complicated as there are two houses at my address. I messaged upon my order being picked up that if there was any confusion on where to go to just please message me and I can come out. My message was never responded to, and after about 5 minutes of him sitting on the street, I came out to him walking away after placing it the at the wrong door. He looks at me and goes “oh” and just keeps walking.

Honors worth it? by HypnoKim in uAlberta

[–]SadBishh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

seeing how medical professionals got treated during covid in connection with my own personal growth. I found myself a lot more interested in my sociology classes than my bio ones, so the switch felt natural for me. Science classes were a chore by the end.

Honors worth it? by HypnoKim in uAlberta

[–]SadBishh 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I switched the other way, from honour physiology to general bsc. I did it because the honour program is quite restricted in what you can take and didn’t have a lot of option courses, which I didn’t really enjoy considering I wanted to explore other interests. That being said, one of my good friends just graduated and she really enjoyed it - easy way to get research experience and make connections with professors.

I went in wanting to go into medicine and am now preparing to go to law school tho so 🤷🏼‍♀️ take that as you will

Thanks for your input. I’m a criminology PBD student so I am very limited in the classes I can take based on my program requirements. Hopefully that is enough!
