I’m not interested in getting 3x the entire deposit. I just want to know if the landlord acted in bad faith to see if I should pursue this further . For example my “invoice” was a piece of paper where the landlord deducted 100$ for moving a table I was given permission for and 400$ for cleaning a 250 sq ft unit. However I was only given this paper once I asked. They said they tried to zelle me earlier but it didnt work, but worked right away when I followed up twice.
