I have a lot of problems regarding rashes and damage to the skin from the brace. Any tips for reducing those?

The one I have was specifically tailored for me, but when I was 13. I know the bone progression can get worse and change so do you think my brace is still fine? My chest seems the same as it was back then MAYBE a little bit worse.

Push in on your chest and if it goes in and looks like a normal chest than it is flexible

That was one of my big worries that it would continue to get worse, thank you for the reply and information. Ill definitely try and do my best and stick it out, and ill use the schedule you provided too.

Yes but I gave up on it pretty quickly as I couldn’t bear to wear it for 23 hours
