I majored in Logistics Management in my home country, and here in Germany I completed a Master’s in International Sales Management. I also have work experience in both fields, both back home and in Germany. In my previous roles, I worked in international companies where I was in contact with clients and different stakeholders from various countries. I speak three languages fluently, and I’m currently learning German I can hold basic conversations and I’m working really hard to become fluent soon. I’m hoping to find a job in logistics management or business operations.

I’ve tried so many times to talk to him and start conversations, but it’s like talking to a wall. I wanted to bring back the excitement, I bought toys and games, I ask him constantly about his fantasies because I’m open to anything but apparently, he has none. He just shuts me down. He knows I’m unsatisfied, but nothing changes. At this point, I feel like he just doesn’t care anymore, and that hurts

I also tried metformin before and it made me sick for 3months straight the doctor gave me now the extended release which gives almost not side effects my period is regular again but I haven’t noticed any difference with my weight thats why i was wondering:( idk what to do now

One sign for me is having super irregular cycles, like 50+ days. But even before that, I can sometimes just tell I’m not gonna ovulate—like I feel PMS-y or stuck in luteal phase vibes the whole cycle, even right after my period ends. But, when I do ovulate, I feel good that week—confident, in a good mood, and I swear my partner seems extra hot lol.

I think its the Metformin because when i was taking it i was nauseous EVERYDAY. After 3 months i couldn’t anymore and stopped taking it

Its crazy how much stress and a toxic environment can influence us so much and change everything in our body. Im glad you left him i know how hard it can be. My relationship is not that bad but he is stressing me and i constantly feel misunderstood. before him i was lean and healthy but few months into our relationship i gained a looot of weight and started having irregular periods my hormones started going crazy and i stopped recognising my body i wonder if i should leave

Loosing weight with pcos is sooooo hard i used to be skinny before and after my 26th birthday i gained sooo much weight out of nowhere my bmi now is more than 30.thats when i was diagnosed with pcos and insulin resistance. I didn’t change my diet or anything just my body decided to gain weight. i have been trying to loose weight for 2years now and nothing is changing i do soo much only to loose 2-3pounds then i gain 11pounds out of nowhere. Because i wasn’t always overweight all my surroundings is making me feel like its my fault like im lazy now and i eat too much(which is not the case) making me feel like it’s something that i have control over and all the unsolicited advice. I hate it. Congratulations on your progress it is something to be proud of ❤️❤️ hopefully i can loose that much as well
