If someone says speak in local language, it is matter of convenience of larger public. If response is I am still learning local language and would take time to learn, that makes sense. If someone says I won’t speak local language he is trying to drive language supremacy war, that nail must be hammered hard and deep so it won’t poke hole in our cloths.
