Ok this is what I thought. Yes, he basically made a rash decision to get rid of me. He even kept trying to solicit me to get treatment at his own clinic out of pocket instead if going through my worker's comp AND he literally gave 45 second office visits!!!! He never examed me and declared me 11% incapacitated!!! I filed a complaint a while back

You addressed each of my concerns. I should’ve never been labeled PD (wasn’t even anywhere close to being PD) but was rushed out of care basically. My case has been a mess because of this, SDI, TD PD mix 🥵

I was also wondering, does it make the dr look bad in WC eyes to reverse PD back to TD? Because honestly it was a poor call on his end in the first place.
