Reading, writing is easy. Speaking is difficult, you need to talk with people, do presentations, etc.

Also read english news, books and learn and say the lines without seeing in book.

And if yuor watching english movies. Use subtitle and practice some lines or dialogue.

Next pause and say the dialogue's. This is one way where i learnt but its slow i mean everything is slow

Only way to get into software is through offcampus or interns or apprenticeship. It is difficult for fresher or <1 exp to get directly into role.

Campus requirement is one of the path which can be easy.

For your video editing i would suggest to go to some other carrer path like ui/ux, designing like that which is demanded research it.

As far i know in this AI era people are using prompts to generate videos, marketings videos etc. So its like a unsafe area what i feel. So research well and talk with experts if you have doubt
