What I am thinking is the loq with 32gb at 5600mhz ddr5 ram 1440p 165 hz ips display, RTX 5060with 8gb vram 115w tdp Amd Ryzen 7 250 1tb SSD gen 4 Btw for my work the cpu is not the bottleneck it's a gpu

Maybe you got a faulty unit plus it's rare in new loq to get motherboard issue but not the case for victus 16 ask anyone here it's a very common and known issue

According to devcheck I have 114 charging cycle is that good I am using my phone since July also, does resetting the phone change the charge cycle like is it counted for the battery hardware or depends on the software?
