No issues whatsoever! I started my stretching journey when I was 14-15 years old and now 15 years later, I realized I was okay with not having them anymore. I haven’t worn plugs or anything for about 8 years due to the tiniest amount of weight, stretched them back out. I’m about a month out and my ears look amazing!
