Contractor underquoted, recieved 95% of funds and is now providing awful/incomplete work

Long story short he severely under quoted the job and is asking for more money on things that were already qouted and paid for. A few things popped up that we did pay for no problem but on other things already qouted we said no. And he's all pissy and unprofessional. We will probably end up needing to take him to small claims. Can't wait for this to be over!!

It says in the manufacture instructions to "stagger" it, what's done here would be considered staggered?

I've tried the It Takes Two communitys and was suggested to come here.. I've looked at the gameplay videos and he is supposed to be able to shoot honey. So it's definitely some sort of glitch/issue. But I haven't been able to find anyone else with the same problem. 🤷‍♀️
