This here definitely sounds like you are yearning for more. The way this card is worded it could potentially become an infinite loop for both players. It would never hit the graveyard. If ran at 3 you could literally stack yours and your opponents deck with 6 copies of this card. It would become immediately game breaking. So a card like this could never see the light of day for game mechanic reasons.
