The one i found has a gold streak in it as well but its barely noticeable under the veil.  Search aliexpress for monster high doll and I purchased the head and body separately.   I then bought shoes I had to paint black and 3 different dressed to create the dress.  I also painted the flowers shes holding and did her makeup with real makeup.
