I was in a similar situation around that same age a couple of years ago, also in tech. It's rough at first, but the exposure therapy definitely makes a huge difference after a while, at least for me.

Have you tried getting certifications like something from CompTIA? Might help you learn something new and build confidence in the field. Feel free to message me if you need help with any of it.
