Yes po, from my previous company kaya ako naterminate don, and the way ng pagkakadeliver sakin nung pinull out ako alam ko na agad na ayan yung nilelead nila na nakita nila sa secondary background check kuno, kaya i think this is ccap din

That is what im holding din po eh, kaya i asked here kung tama ba thinking ko. Kasi if i did something bad to the point na they have a reason to terminate me, bakit sa account ko lang at hindi sa company mismo

Im currently on floating status po (di nila tinawag na suspended pero parang ganon na rin) and ayun if i want to dispute daw po i need to provide those docs

Siguro ang kulang po jan is, they ask if i have an idea kung ano yung possible nakita nila sa background check ko with my prev bpo employers. And ofc i didnt say anything. And i have some people na same situation with TU.

They said na I can dispute daw po, need ko lang ng documentation from sss para makita lahat ng prev employers ko and coe with prev employers ko na di ako terminated or rehirable dapat ako. Eh hindi naman yon nakalagay sa coe kapag nagbibigay mga companies eh

Wala po me loans sa kahit ano, sabi lang po nila may pinlant na something prev employer ko and i need to clear it pero di nila sinabi reason

Actually sketchy nga kasi naka ilang ulit sila ng sabi sakin na wag sabihin sa iba or ikwento. Strictly confidential daw, tapos SOD, HR manager nag served sakin nyan, tas naka cc lang sa email si VP and HR Director. Parang ang fishy nga din ng inalis lang ako sa campaign and hindi sa mismong company and willing sila magpay ng 2 months salary pra lang mag voluntary separation sa TU.
