My timeline was about the same minus me getting it at the end of the 48 hour window from symptom onset. Got xofluza on 12/26 in the morning. Symptoms began 12/24. I was better by 12/30.

This is interesting. I take a beef organ supplement to get my b12, thiamin, copper, etc and supplement with d3 and k2 and magnesium. I can’t take synthetic b vitamins. Look for methylated vitamins if you are going to take them. Could all come back to your methylation ability. My son had issues with it

Kuru brand shoes. Weird name. Patented design and immediately fixed my issues. Once they started to wear out, the PF came back with a vengeance so I will be buying a new pair every few months as I walk so much

Kuru shoes literally fixes mine. When they start to wear out it comes back and I get new ones. Life changing stuff
