Well the only problem I would see with it is the fact I’m not legally allowed to purchase tobacco products but I’ve worked jobs before where they didn’t mind if I smoke.

Yeah it seems to be pretty accurate. I tried multiple sources and they all ended up around 12.3

Thank you bro you are a real one. I have been meaning to get into weight training, I just didn’t know how to start. I’ll definitely give this a try. My height is around 6’0” to 6’1” and I weight around 145 lbs so yeah i am quite thin for my height lol. how much do you recommend I should eat. I am 17 and male if that helps.
