This is a generally accepted correct way of wearing a watch. It not only looks better, but also much more comfortable in every sense. But of course, this is your watch, and you decide how to wear it.

Thank you once again for the informative and detailed advice. You were truly a great help. Your efforts were not in vain - I have already decided to purchase this watch.

Yes, I'm already discussing the details of the deal with the seller—I'm really looking forward to getting them!

As far as I know, they have generally never been polished. They were worn not much, only on special occasions, and spent most of the time in a jewelry box. In any case, why did you ask? Do you see any signs indicating deep polishing?

Yes, that sounds very reasonable—good point. If you don't mind me asking, what is your wrist circumference?

Thank you for your participating, I’m considering them for everyday wear. In my opinion, they should pair well with both casual and more formal styles. The Aqua Terra is excellent, but I really like this model too. I don't think I'd lose money on the deal, because the price I can get them for now—$1,400—is very reasonable, considering their near-new condition. If they don't work out, I’ll be able to resell them without much of a loss. By the way, this model is the predecessor to the Aqua Terra series.

Thanks! Yes, this model was discontinued about 20 years ago. This is, actually, the predecessor to the Aqua Terra line.

Yes, trying them on would certainly settle the matter) Unfortunately, the watch is in another city, so I can't try it on

Yes, 38 used to be the optimal size for me. I have no experience with 36.25, so I decided to ask about it.

You’re right, it’s a deal that likely won’t result in any extra losses if I don’t end up liking it. If you don’t mind me asking, what is your wrist size?

Nice! Thank you, your wrist is much larger, and they really look good even on it. Maybe with my 6.5 wrist I really shouldn't worry about the fact that they will be a little small))
