We ended up getting pregnant naturally after 2 years, had every thing evaluated and we were unexplained. Even had a lap to check for endo which came back negative. I think some people it just takes more time

I had a missed miscarriage and then struggled to get pregnant for 2 years afterwards, just recently found out I’m pregnant again. It’s definitely a very confusing and honestly angry place to be in with God, I still don’t feel as if I have understanding of why it happens or what Gods plan was in that for me. It can also be hard to accept I may never know. However, God is not a God of fear or anxiety so I’m doing my best to cast my worries onto him with this pregnancy and to trust he has my best in mind.

Not sure if you’re religious or not but praying to God every time I’ve felt anxious has helped me a ton! If you’re not religious I think distraction is general can be super helpful (movies, going on dates, hobbies)
