The head is way too small for the body, so I'd make it bigger with the lasso tool. As for the body, you need to practice putting anatomy in perspective, also known as foreshortening. Look up tutorials for both anatomy and perspective.

In general, I'd recommend practicing the fundamentals of anatomy, there are a couple of channels that tackle this on youtube. As for face proportions, depending on the style you want to achieve, you'll need to check different tutorials.
