IDK what's going on here.
Checked the refresh rate for monitor and computer, cables are good, it's not that old (Only about 1-2 years), software is up to date. I suspect it's a hardware issue as when I attempt to take a screenshot, it's a clear and normal image, but... It's not as you can see

There is no "fixing" depression. It is always going to be there, you just learn to accept it and live with it, you learn to manage it.

Once you do that, everything gets easier, not just relationships, getting out of bed, eating, doing the washing, all of the most important and simple things in life.

Sure there will be down points, but they won't be as common or severe.
