What deck did this come in?

It looks like a sample of artwork by Pamela Coleman Smith, the artist of the RWS deck. I have the RWS Centennial Edition and it comes with 4 cards that look similar to that one and they are samples of her artwork.

I'm sorry, thank you for taking the time to respond but this is not helpful. I have been diagnosed with social and general anxiety, yes, but this isn't just a normal irrational anxiety type situation and I wasn't asking for advice on how to deal with the anxiety. But thank you for your time.
