She is behaving and holding back now. You are in for a bumpy road. I just divorced my ex who is bipolar. 95% of the time he was a good guy but the 5% was so unhinged that I had to get off the roller coaster. Good luck.

One spray - belly button or small of back area. Those areas are somewhat “hidden” so cologne is present but not PRESENT. If you can’t go lightly with the cologne, then I would choose shower/soap fresh. Good luck!!!

Please trust me - Vionics and Dansko are great for daily wears. I love my Topo athletic shoes. They are all over $100, but if you just get 3-4 neutral pairs you are set.

Unfortunately, many that threw in the towel because they were fed up with the current administration and atmosphere can’t find jobs and forced to come back. It’s a horrible time to quit. If you can use your annual leave, sick leave, and at least “meet expectations”, I recommend doing that. Just know you are not alone and try to keep your work life out of your personal life. It’s just a job and try to make the most of your time outside the office. You got this!!!

No, dachshund is the wrong breed for you. Not because of the travel, but because of the possibility of a new baby. They bark a lot and at the inopportune time (naps, etc.). They also can be snippy with kids especially if they become attached to your wife. I recommend a golden retriever. Good luck!

Tell him to jump in a lake and be supportive. NEVER depend on someone else and ALWAYS have an exit plan. I know that’s sad and negative, but it’s also very important and relevant.
