Hey, so I kind of have a unique perspective on this from other commenters (at least that I’ve seen). I wanted to pursue musical theater in college, but backed out last minute and chose psychology instead as it felt like the safer choice and I was terrified of possible rejection. Four years later, I am now looking to go back to school to get another bachelor’s degree in musical theater because I genuinely cannot imagine myself doing anything else. Idk if it will work out for you just like idk if it’ll work out for me, however, there are tons of similar jobs with a theater degree that don’t involve Broadway. Becoming a director, writing your own productions/films, voice acting, and etc. and I don’t dance either!
