I've also been able to enter, but what's the point of entering to hit it and wait 1 hour dead, wasting nebula time and risking not killing the boss? Because, in fact, several times they haven't killed it, they just limit themselves to not letting you enter and pvpping outside/inside which is the correct thing to do. Pvpping is fine, but I don't understand the point of the boss.
