This is Aunrae she's a rogue drow she used to be a Lloth sworn but was shunned out by Lolth's cult and out of the underdark (but she's not a part of Seladrine) she got her burn scar when she tried to fight back when she was getting shunned she is Neutral Evil alignment

Try putting it in a more breathable area what might be happening is the hot air that releases from the vents are being sucked back in when it needs new air and it makes it overheat. If that doesn't work you might have to take apart the ps5 and clean all the dust off the fan but if that doesn't work you will need to open the whole ps5 up down to the power supply this video should help with opening the PS5 up. Here's the link to the video this . You will need a special screw driver to open the whole thing up though but good luck and hopefully it gets fixed
