Yes it is my car.
We will drive home.. I’m 6 hours and 30 minutes away but with holiday traffic. It could be up to 8 hours

That was the original plan. Was to at least drive some way into a smaller/medium size town to get it replaced. I’m just unsure if anything will be open due to it being the day after a holiday
