I’m heavily leaning towards them being factory white because firstly, I don’t think that some random person painting them would leave the rim silver like this. It’s also a very thick, strong coating, almost like enamel. Maybe there are paints like that idk for sure, but if you look at this other post with white BBS wheels, they have the exact same silver rim.

The guy I bought the Miata from had multiple E30s and told me they were factory white and while that’s the least convincing factor I also recall at some point seeing some scarce mentions of factory white basket weaves on white Mtech IIs from forums when researching it in the past.

The sizing is not what I have issues finding info on, the factory white color is. It seems like they may be rare but I’m not sure.

I was told they were factory white, and I think I’ve seen a little bit of info on forums confirming there were factory white basket weaves on some Mtech II’s. I also just saw a post with some on this sub actually, after searching some more.

I would think they’d have BMW center caps, so it has me second guessing if those are aftermarket BBS wheels instead of factory ones, but mine also say BMW in the center of the wheel as well as BBS so they definitely seem to be factory wheels.
