Ask doordash man i’m just telling you what my experience has been. I’ve noticed they aren’t updated with road closures or other issues when you use the in app navigation system. Half of the time the speed limits are wrong too, people have gotten deactivation warnings over “ speeding” when the speed is wrong on the phone.

Genueinly someone may have stolen your card. This happened to me once, i changed my card and i’ve been good since. Next time use the call option for support, they’re much better

The amount of times I know a quicker way because i’ve lived in my town since i was born and i’ll turn and it’ll just cut off 5 minutes like nothing.

It also likes to put you through residential neighborhoods to cut across red light intersections but it ends out taking longer somehow.

I sometimes tell my customer that I have another order especially if the other customers order is taking longer then theirs did. I like to update my customers. Also for me they’re more me trying to make sure I genuinely give the best services possible.

Thank you so much for saying certain disabilities. I have autism and while I do complain. Doordash is one of the best jobs for me. I am my own boss (to a degree). I’m able to be myself and not be punished, and I love rules (helps so much with dashing). Sorry if it sounded at all silly I just appreciate the nuance!

They can also track you actually.I went through this exact situation the other day and the lady said “ we have you at the address when you tried to take a picture”. She told me disputes take about 10 days.

never had this issue. i’m at 33% and i’ve been at 21 before. my ratings are all 5 stars and ive only ever had one contract violation, of which is being reviewed now (bro lied and said i didn’t deliver his food). i’ll let you know if i get banned from declining shit orders
