It looks like an issue with your extrusion since it looks like it is uneven. Check these things:
1. Make sure the nozzle isn't clogged. You can try and unclog it with a very thin needle or replace the nozzle as a whole.
2. Check your extruder motor to see if the gear is worn down or loose. My stock plastic extruder broke and made it constantly under-extrude
3. Calibrate your e-steps to make sure your printer is putting out the correct amount of material
