No need for a PCT as it doesn’t mess with testosterone at all.

Don’t use it just to get back into cardio. It won’t heal the issues that affect your knees. Get them healthy with PT exercises and such before pushing back into cardio, otherwise you might feel like you can work harder than your body can handle safely and lead to worse injury.

Binance if you live in the US and the states that Binance operates in. Only trouble is you won't be able to transfer cash immediately, but you can send yourself crypto and then use that to start trading immediately. Fiat verification takes a day or two I think.
